I’ve been asked about the old Fiesta Henderson site so many times. There’s finally some direction taking shape. They have taken survey responses into consideration for the proposed direction. The top 2 primary use theme responses were for 1. Tournament sports facility & hospitality and 2. Family-Oriented Entertainment. Top secondary themes were 1. Family Fun and 2. Arts & Culture. With so much focus having been put on the growing West Henderson area, this is a project that residents in the Black Mountain, Paradise Hills, Cadence, and Tuscany neighborhoods should be highly invested in. This project has not yet been finalized, but is very much gaining steam. Let me know if you think this is a good use for the Fiesta Henderson site.

Hendersons largest retail project in 20 years has broken ground. Taking the place of offices will be dining, boutique retail, wellness, and an open air campus. Located at the western-most portion of Green Valley Ranch near Paseo Verde and St Rose Pkwy. The initial tenant announcement includes Arhaus Furniture, The Taco Stand, The Barista Botanist, Lyte House, and Killer Whale Creamery. What other boutique shops should get added to this lineup?

A new hot spot in Henderson has started construction. A complete overhaul of office space in Green Valley Ranch. Initial plans call for dining, boutique retail, wellness, art, and an open air campus. Green Valley Ranch is continuing to evolve. When I first brought up The Cliff at GVR in February, there were doubts the project would move forward. But fast forward and construction has begun with first openings planned for 2027. The Cliff will look to add and update the area with new options for the community. It will be the largest retail project to break ground in Henderson in the past 20 years. Green Valley Ranch has consistently been one of the most sought after places to live with access to all of the amenities at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, The District, Lee’s Family Forum Arena, walking trail, and parks. What other options would be great in Green Valley Ranch?

Opening This Week Oct 16th, 2026. Somewhere to go take the kids and have some fun and you can get in on the action too. Henderson Sport and Social is opening to the public October 16, 2026. It’s a spot for you to have some fun and let loose with activities like bowling, Lazer Tag, Krazy Darts, arcade, mini golf, and a food and beverage. There’s also sports courts and fields. Think of it as a rec center with family fun center amenities. The question is will you let the kids win?
