Mortgage rates are back over 6.5%… and many home buyers natural opt to hit pause when rates jump up. That’s understandable. But what’s interesting is what happens when fewer buyers are in the market. Like less competition, fewer offers, and more room to negotiate. Not just the price but favorable terms. That’s usually when some of the better opportunities start to show up. And right now, there are actually a couple loan options here in Las Vegas and Henderson that can get buyers under a 6% rate…as low as 5.75% on a home purchase. Not everyone is aware of that.
