New construction hmes are staying competitive with aggressive incentives fro insterest rates and closing costs as well. Whether you're in Inspirada, Anthem, or Green Valley Ranch, there are some solid opportunities right now. In the past few years there have been long stretches of time where buyers had to outbid each other and didn't have as much leverage with home sellers. With a smaller buyer pool at the moment there are less instances of fighting over properties and being able to negotiate in a more neutral market.
